Welcome to the Soul Trail Family! This is me, Leanne and my co directors Ruth and Michael - with the great Melissa who does so much for our community.
I started Soul Trail after returning to nature as an adult in covid, noticing how much it really helped my mental health whilst working in the Fire Service as Mental Health Lead.
I noticed how much nobody that looked like me when outdoors, back home in Wales and as a therapist, knew more needed to be done to opening up the outdoors. Then, Soul Trail was born.
Our core mission is to help create community and connection for all.
